On March 8th, we hosted a special Volunteer Appreciation Day to recognize and thank the incredible individuals who form the backbone of our organization.
Our Volunteer Community
We are blessed with volunteers who contribute in many ways:
- Meal preparation and distribution
- Teaching and education support
- Masjid maintenance and cleaning
- Administrative assistance
- Event coordination and support
- Transport and logistics
Volunteer Statistics
- 45 regular volunteers across all centres
- 1,200+ volunteer hours per month
- 14,400+ volunteer hours annually
- Equivalent value: R720,000+ per year
